Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about ordering Spectrum® Internet, TV and Phone through SpectrumTV.online.
Are you Spectrum® or Charter?
No. SpectrumTV.online is an independent reseller. We help you learn about and order official Spectrum® services, but we are not owned, operated, or endorsed by Spectrum® / Charter Communications.
Will my price change after the first year?
Many Spectrum® offers include an introductory rate for a limited time (for example, 12 months). After that period, your price may change to the then-current standard rate. When you call us, our agents will clearly explain any promo length, regular price and estimated bill details.
How do I know if Spectrum® is available at my address?
Availability is based on your full service address. When you call us, we enter your address into Spectrum’s qualification tools and confirm what Internet speeds, TV packages, and bundles are offered for that location.
Do you charge any extra reseller fees?
No. We do not add separate "reseller" or "activation" fees. Pricing we discuss comes from Spectrum® directly. Taxes, equipment costs, installation fees or regulatory charges may still apply depending on your area.
Can I keep my current phone number?
In many areas, yes. Spectrum® Voice supports number porting from most major carriers. During your call, we can check whether your existing number can be transferred to Spectrum® Voice.
Do Spectrum® Internet plans require a long-term contract?
Most Spectrum® Internet plans do not require long-term contracts. Some promotional offers or special deals may have specific terms or minimum service periods, which we’ll review with you before you place an order.
Who do I contact for technical support or billing after install?
Once your services are installed, ongoing technical support and billing are typically handled directly by Spectrum®. You can always call us again if you want to review new offers or make changes, but day-to-day service issues go through Spectrum® support.
Can I upgrade or change my plan later?
Yes, many Spectrum® plans can be upgraded or adjusted later (for example, changing your speed tier or TV lineup). Availability and pricing for changes depend on Spectrum® policies in your area at that time.
This FAQ is provided for general information only. Exact offers, pricing, fees, terms and availability are determined by Spectrum® for your specific address and may change without notice.
